After Padmavati Gets Postponed, Ranveer Singh Chills With Salman Khan On The Sets Of Race 3 - JPKee.com
After wrapping up his schedule of Padmavati, Ranveer Singh took off to California for some me time. While there, he spent some alone time walking the streets of the city, spending time gazing at the beautiful landscapes there and shopping. He then hopped to London to shoot an ad before returning to India, in time to kick start his part of Padmavati promotions. Unfortunately, the film, directed by Sanjay Leela Bhansali, has now been postponed from its December 1, 2017 release date. There is no confirmation about when the film starring Deepika Padukone, Shahid Kapoor and Ranveer will not hit screens.
Ranveer, who had dedicated his dates for the promotions of the film, before getting on to the sets of his next film ’83 from early, January has some time to spare before he gets busy prepping for his character. To make the most of this opportunity, which is a luxury in an actor’s life, Ranveer dropped by on the sets of Salman Khan’s Race 3, which is being shot at Mumbai’s Mehboob studio.

The producer of the film, Ramesh Taurani, posted a picture of himself with Ranveer, Salman and director Remo D’Souza on the sets, with the caption, “Ranveer visits the set of Race bringing with him a riot of laughter always.” If you are wondering if Padmavati’s Alauddin Khilji has a part in Race 3, which already boasts of an interesting ensemble cast, let us tell you that it was just a friendly visit. We also hear that since Deepika was only part of the Padmavati promotions on Bigg Boss 11, Ranveer missed meeting the superstar Khan and therefore dropped by on his film set to just say a hi.
In one of the pictures that’s doing the rounds on social media, we can also see RS giving Salman a shoulder massage. Well, this guy really knows how to make friends and keep them!
