A Mumbai man is gaining praises for saving a newborn who was found abandoned in an auto. Aman found the baby in an auto in Bhandup and was worried about its safety. Not knowing what to do, the 26-year-old tweeted pictures of the child on Twitter and people suggested help. Aman took to Twitter saying, “Found this 3 to 5 day-year-old kid in closed auto. Please help me, guys. I’ve no idea what to do?” Twitterati suggested various methods to save the baby and soon the Mumbai Police responded. From child helpline numbers to suggesting medical tests, Twitterati suggested a variety of options. Soon, the tweet caught the Mumbai Police’s eye who responded immediately.

Mumbai Police replied to the tweeted asking for Aman contact details and got in touch with him. The baby girl was thereafter handed over to the Mumbai Police who shifted her to Sion hospital for a medical check-up. The city police also praised him on Twitter urging citizens to make the city safer and be alert.

She’s Stopped shivering too! He also mentioned that he has contacted an NGO asking about the adoption process and that he will update the proceedings. The baby was handed over the cops at Kanjurmarg police station.
