Hardik Patel Sex CD: Complaint Filed Against Patidar Leader Before NCW - JPKee.com

New Delhi, Nov 24: A complaint has been filed before the National Commission For Women (NCW) against Patidar leader Hardik Patel over his alleged sex CD. The NCW has received a complaint by an advocate against Hardik Patel over his alleged sex CD, reported news agency ANI. The complainant asked the NCW to summon Hardik Patel and file an FIR against him.

A sex CD allegedly showing Patidar Anamat Andolan Samiti (PAAS) convener Hardik Patel with a woman in a room surfaced on social media. Several Gujarati news channel did telecast the alleged sex CD of Patel. The footage shows a Hardik Patel-lookalike with an unidentified woman, fully clothed and with her back to the camera, and then the room turns dark. The PAAS is not contesting Gujarat Assembly polls but has vowed to stop the BJP from coming back to power.

While Hardik Patel termed the video as a ‘dirty trick’ of Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), the ruling party of Gujarat said it has nothing to do with the alleged sex cd. Hardik’s supporters claimed the video was morphed. “Just few days back, I told the media that such CDs will be circulated. This is just the beginning of dirty politics. I am sure that BJP people would circulate some more CDs because the man who did it recently joined the party in Delhi. But I am not worried at all about such tactics,” Hardik Patel told media.

Refuting the allegations, the BJP dared Hardik to file a police complaint. Union Minister Mansukh Mandaviya reacted sharply to Patel’s accusation. “It is a shameful incident in public life. If the video clip is fake, Hardik Patel should approach police and file a complaint,” Mandaviya said. He said the BJP has nothing to do with the clip. Hardik has vowed to help take down the BJP in Gujarat Assembly elections 2017. The Gujarat elections will be held in two phases on December 9 and 14 and the results will be declared on December 18.
