, but sometimes we have to make do with what we have. If you want to enable right- and middle-clicks on your Windows 10 touchpad:
- Press Win + R, type Control Panel, and press Enter.
- In the Control Panel, select Mouse.
- Locate the Device Settings tab*.
- Highlight your mouse and click Settings.
- Open the Tapping folder tree.
- Mark the checkbox next to Two-Finger Tap.
- Mark the checkbox next to Three-Finger Tap.
- Click Apply in the lower right-hand corner.
*The name of this tab varies between machines. It might also be called Touchpad Settings or something similar. Normally, it’s the last tab in the row.

Before closing all the windows, check to ensure your changes were successful. And while you’re in the mouse settings, it’s also worth spending a few moments to set up the Pointer Speed, Scrolling Speed, and Double Tap Speed. They’re all adjustable via sliders at the bottom of the window.
