Today’s episode of Splitsvilla X was crazy since two couples – Priyank Sharma-Nibedita and Hritu-Aqib were in the unsafe zone and it has become a difficult decision for the safe couple to pick one. It could have been an easy decision if Siddharth and Akshata would have stood by their friends – Priyank and Nibby.

Interestingly, there was a twist in the game, when Sid and Akshata voted for Hritu-Aqib and not Priyank-Nibby. Since two safe couples – Baseer Ali-Naina and Mohit-Steffi voted for Priyank-Nibby and Alisha-Haneet and Siddharth-Akshata (ditching their besties) voted for Hritu-Aqib, it became a tie and it was time to open the envelope, which mostly does not turns out to be a good news. However this time it was. I am saying this because I am sure fans would have been disappointed if Priyank or Hritu, one of them would have ended their journey in Splitsvilla X. The envelope said that since the votes weren’t unanimous, the two couple (in the danger zone) will have to fight each other to be back in the game. The following day, when the contestants go to the field area to perform, there comes another sweet-bitter twist. Guess what? Divya Agarwal and Akash enter the show. Of course, there was a whole new misunderstanding and Divya being Divya had a war of words with Nibedita – the girl who had been along with them throughout and did as per their choices, keeping her feelings for Priyank aside, was accused of being a bi**h.

Divya, who is the most controversial contestant in the house, also tried to create differences between Hritu and Akash by saying things like Hritu has started to make new connections. Initially, Akash gets influenced but later he decided to trust his connection. After they all settle down, Rannvijay announces that whichever couple wins the game can bring his or her partner back to the game, which means if Hritu’s team wins Akash can be back in the game and if Priyank does then hell yeah!
